About the role: We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Visual Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing Nirvana's visual identity across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audience.
What You'll Do:
Conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs for a variety of deliverables, including decks, one-pagers, website elements, swag, and other brand assets - essentially helping up level our game and making us proud of the work we put out
Work to beautify the top presentations we make each year across large enterprise sales, board decks, internal offsites etc
Develop a co-branded strategy where we can easily take our assets and allow our partners to co-brand at scale
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
Ensure consistent implementation of our brand identity and visual guidelines across all design outputs.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, continuously exploring ways to elevate our brand's visual language.
Contribute to the development of UI/UX designs, incorporating user-centered principles and creating intuitive experiences.
Assist with creating engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance our brand's digital presence.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in visual design, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Strong history of presentation design - especially for sales environments
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software (candidates are encouraged to highlight their expertise).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on brand development and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively in the English language.
Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and animation techniques is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio is mandatory.
