Key Technology:Access management Job Responsibilities: Lead and deliver components of large, complex M&A engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology access solutions Facilitate the smooth and efficient M&A process and integration of our new acquisitions. Works closely with key leaders, members of integration team, infrastructure teams, HR, risk teams, and the Project Management Office to analyze, support, manage, lead, monitor and report on access provisioning integration projects Work closely with existing project resources in the company. Lead and Advocate on access provisioning migration for acquired employees and execute on mutually agreeable direction from all stakeholders on: Privileged Access Non-Privileged Access Partner with HR conversion team and the required downstream partners to successfully provision access to acquired employees Monitor compliance with project policies and standards. Identify and drive to resolution any requirements to integrate acquired organizations' access management tools and capabilities vs. adopt Engaging with Business, IT Project Managers, IT Risk, Information Security, IT Support, and 3rd parties on all projects Completion of Support acceptance process for all access related activities Ensure compliance with regulatory controls related to access control Manage the integration of new and updated applications into access control Management of Audit issues relating to access control for the integration Management of IT privileged access to defined standards for the integration Partner with leaders to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans Monitor integration activities to determine if budget revisions are necessary to accomplish objectives within time and budget targets. Collaborate with leaders to identify risks and prepare mitigation and contingency plans. Identify upside potential and opportunities to accelerate timelines Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of project management, implementation, integration, or project activity experience preferred Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to connect and communicate at all levels across the Group Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the capability to assess the information provided and provide clear and appropriate direction based on this Excellent reporting skills, including the ability to simplify complex system configuration into a clearly defined access design model Knowledge of current standards and external control objectives to ensure the Global access design model is compliant with all regulatory and audit controls Knowledge of industry offerings for Access Management capabilities, including but not limited to SailPoint, Active Directory (both Azure and On-Premise), and RACF Organized with a flexible approach to tasks and working hours Work remotely or in an existing local office
