The Position In this role, you'll be part of our Apple Platforms team, developing our native iOS, macOS (Catalyst-based) and iPad apps. You'll work closely with our Product, Design, and Backend teams to define and build new features. You'll also help us maintain and optimize our current features. This is a hybrid position based in Santiago, Chile. You'll be required to come into our office at least 2 times a week along with the rest of the team. We work from home the rest of the week, but the office is always available in case you want to make use of it more often.
\n Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the Product and Design teams to define and implement new features and constantly improve the ones we already have.Maintain and improve the quality and performance of the Apple platform apps.Implement unit and UI tests for new features to maintain and improve reliability. Required Qualifications5+ years of experience developing natively for iOS/Apple platforms.Solid understanding of the app and view lifecycles for UIKit-based appsExperience with UIKit and the Swift programming language.An eye for good design, and attention to detail.English proficiency. All our meetings and internal communications are in English.Team player who can manage time independently.Based in Santiago, Chile. Desired QualificationsBachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.Experience with: Firebase / Firestore, CI / CD systems, and Logging systems.
