Senior Product Development Analyst

Job Responsibilities: Do research about market and consumer trends to identify improvements to our products or ideas for new products. Propose product testing using the "pilot" concept. Present hypothesis, validate, and measure results. Support the Sales & Marketing team to build the best value proposition for each client. Support the Actuarial team in understanding the product designed for a specific client, providing comparisons with other relevant programs from the company and competitors. Perform benchmarks against the market and within the company to understand if the product being developed has competitive advantages. Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Basic knowledge of agile methodologies. Analytic thinking to interpret data and information. Good interpersonal skills. Advanced English proficiency.
