Profile: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related. Basic knowledge in agile methodologies. Analytic thinking to interpret data and information. Good interpersonal skills. Advanced English proficiency. Job Description: Do research about market and consumer trends to identify improvements to our products or ideas for new products. Propose product testing using the "pilot" concept. Present hypothesis, validate, and measure results. Support the Sales & Marketing team to build the best value proposition for each client. Support the Actuarial team to help them understand the product that has been designed for a specific client, providing comparisons with other relevant programs from the company and our competitors.
