Itad is looking for senior MEL experts for an upcoming tendering opportunity with the UK Government in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT). The 3-year contract will provide the following services:
Independent programme monitoring (field and remote monitoring) Primary and secondary research, evaluation, and data-analysis (quantitative and qualitative) Learning Required Over 10 years of experience in MEL Based in Jerusalem/West Bank or in the MENA region (if the latter, candidates should be able to travel to Israel/West Bank without restrictions) If based in the region, field experience working in OPT is a must Experience in one or more of the following areas: humanitarian response, recovery and reconstruction, governance and reform, economic development, security. Fluency in English Desirable Fluency in Arabic Experience with digital and innovative tech solutions for MEL Experience with Third Party Monitoring Experience working with UK FCDO The deadline for applications is Thursday 31 October.
