Senior Knowledge AnalystAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Financial Institutions team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing industry expertise and insights to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with case teams to develop knowledge assets and analysis, and serve as a thought partner to clients and internal stakeholders.Work with case teams to provide analysis and insights on specific client issues.Develop and manage industry focus analysis requests.Interact with local teams to gather and synthesize information from internal and external resources.Carry out strong business analytics capabilities and assess financial performance of financial institutions.Requirements:2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Banking, Payments & Fintech or Digital in FI areas.Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).Fluency in English and Spanish.Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration and Innovation:Work with topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to clients.Develop and deploy leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.Identify key performance indicators for players in Financial Institutions ecosystem and analyze data to generate insights.About BCG's Knowledge Team:The Knowledge Team is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients.KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas and plugged into the strategic agenda.
