Senior Financial Analyst

The RoleFinStrat Management ("FSM") is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a full-time remote role.
ResponsibilitiesExecute research and financial analysisDevelop analysis on budgets, forecasts and sales marginsConduct small-scale projects, and ad hoc analysis and reportingGenerate forecasts and analyzes trends for financial and strategic planning purposesCreate financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisionsProvide support for pricing and salesProvide interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reportsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in dataAssist in development and delivery of various reporting packagesPrepare financial deliverables, correspondence and filingsEnsure assignments meet the firms' quality standardsReview, analyze and consolidate data from multiple sourcesWork closely with CFO and Controller teamsCommunicate engagement matters to managers and partnersProvide five-star client serviceJob RequirementsProfessional KnowledgeAbility to assemble, communicate and present information clearlyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsMust exhibit strong analytical / critical thinking skillsSolve problems using a detailed and well-ordered approachBe attentive to detail, maintain standards and actively check for data accuracy before conveying final work productSoft SkillsAbility to handle multiple engagements simultaneouslyCommitment and ability to meet critical business deadlinesSelf-starter with strong organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent research and problem-solving skillsStrong technology and software acumenComfortable learning new software programsAble to receive constructive feedbackComfortable working in a dynamic environmentEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance and at least two years of relevant experienceCFA and/or CPA preferred but not required (the company will reimburse exam costs following successful completion)Benefits and PerksFlexible work scheduleUnlimited vacationOngoing education and trainingBonuses
