About Data Analytics (DA) Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. What you will be doing at Evalueserve • Managing and mentoring a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Defining team goals, strategy, and development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data insights and reports to clients.
• Overseeing the creation, operationalization and maintenance of data products and features to meet evolving measurement and reporting requirements.
• Ensuring data integrity, quality control, and seamless integration of multiple data sources.
• Leading the development of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
• Presenting findings and insights to clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic recommendations.
• Driving strategic initiatives to optimize digital marketing impact and efficiency through advanced data analysis.
• Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and support the development of proposals and business cases.
