About Data Analytics (DA)
Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve
- Managing and mentoring a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Defining team goals, strategy, and development plans aligned with business objectives. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data insights and reports to clients.
- Overseeing the creation, operationalization and maintenance of data products and features to meet evolving measurement and reporting requirements.
- Ensuring data integrity, quality control, and seamless integration of multiple data sources.
- Leading the development of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
- Presenting findings and insights to clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic recommendations.
- Driving strategic initiatives to optimize digital marketing impact and efficiency through advanced data analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and support the development of proposals and business cases.
- Leading the Digital Marketing practice and develop partnership with Global Practice Lead.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance marketing measurement.
- Strong knowledge of Media Mix Models, Last Touch Attribution Models and Multi-touch Attribution models.
- Experience of paid marketing channel tracking and measurement.
- Proven product or program management experience.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, diverse departments and third-party analytics teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in programming languages and tools such as Python and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in the development of strategic initiatives, ability to create strategic relationships, and tactical implementation of strategies.
