We are looking to add a Senior Compensation & People Analytics Manager to support the design, implementation, communication, and day-to-day administration of Front's global compensation programs in alignment with Front's Compensation Philosophy. This position will partner with leaders across the People team and the company to develop and communicate compelling compensation offerings and unlock HR data insights. To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in consultation, collaborative problem-solving, and data analytics. As a rapidly growing startup with ambitious goals and obsession with the employee experience, this position will play a key role in helping us attract, retain, and develop the Fronteers we need to achieve our People and Business objectives.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, both written and verbal. What will you be doing? Compensation Program Management Lead our global compensation programs, including policies, processes, and communications. Ensure our programs are aligned with Front's values and strategy while continuing to be informed by the market.
Evaluate existing pay practices while providing recommendations and executing plans for change. Perform job evaluations and analyze market data to recommend appropriate salary ranges and structures for different roles within the organization.
Partner with our Talent team on offer packages, and provide consultation on offer strategy.
Conduct thorough market surveys and competitive market analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of existing total rewards programs and ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market.
Administer all compensation life cycle processes, including merit, market, promotions, and equity grants.
Serve as a strategic compensation partner to HRBPs, Recruiters, and Managers to provide expert guidance on total rewards policies, practices, programs, and philosophy. Collaborate with Finance and other relevant departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for compensation programs.
Build and maintain the systems and processes supporting compensation programs, including partnership with external solution providers.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation programs.
Lead special compensation projects across a variety of areas such as job structure, pay transparency, management and employee training, and other related programs.
People Analytics Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to track key HR and recruiting metrics, such as turnover rates, workforce demographics, employee engagement, etc.
Collaborate with People leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs. Prepare regular reports for HR leaders and business stakeholders.
Automation and distribution of dashboards to stakeholders with a focus on highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations. Communicate findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Utilize data analysis techniques and data visualizations to interpret HR metrics, trends, and patterns, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in compensation and HR data management.
Data geek who gets a kick out of analyzing data, gleaning new insights, and making concise, actionable recommendations.
Requirements At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a global compensation function.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, both written and verbal.

Extensive knowledge of compensation practices and theory, including experience in compensation program design and project management. Knowledge of US, EMEA, and LATAM compensation environments required.
Proven track record of designing and implementing equity compensation programs in global companies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proven examples of having built complex analyses, preferably in the People space, combining various data sources and getting to meaningful insights.
Extensive experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR experience is a plus), compensation management tools, and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
Leads with integrity and demonstrates the ability to maturely handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
