About IT As a member of the IT team, the selected candidate must have a solid understanding of telecommunications technologies and experience in technical support. This role is essential to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of our telecommunications and IT systems. What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance Diagnosing and solving connectivity and performance problems Install, configure and maintain telecommunications systems and networks devices Provide technical support to end users Resolving hardware and software issues Collaborate with other technical teams to implement projects and technological improvements.
