Crucial to the future success of the business we require an SEM Specialist to use their experience and strategic knowledge to help IsoMetrix enter and succeed in new markets.
Main Purpose of Job You will be responsible for creating and delivering SEO plans, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research.
The goal is to ensure content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company's profitability.
You will also design paid search campaigns aimed at getting people interested in the solutions we're selling (generate demand), that turn interest into leads that our Business Development team can follow up on.
Primary Responsibilities: The SEM Specialist is responsible for several aspects of digital marketing: Developing and executing successful SEO strategies from cradle to grave Conducting keyword research to guide the creation of content Reviewing technical SEO issues and recommend fixes Optimizing and creating website content, landing pages and paid search copy Directing off-page optimization projects (e.g.
link-building) Collecting data and reporting on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects Working with the wider marketing team to optimize social media and AdWords campaigns Staying up to date with SEO and other digital marketing trends Proactively working with teams (primarily sales and subject matter experts) to tailor lead generation and nurture campaigns to ensure goals are met Minimum Education/Training: Strong knowledge of SEO tactics and best practices Experience building SEO campaigns for different goals (website traffic, audience engagement, revenue growth) Experience with building a backlinking campaign from scratch Knowledge of HTML/CSS Familiar with relevant tools (e.g.
Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g.
Google Analytics, Web Trends) Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation software Experience in Word Press web design Experience measuring the effectiveness of SEO optimizations and paid search campaigns Ideally have a bachelor's degree in marketing or business, Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, or other related degree Experience relating SEO and PPC campaigns to indirect/direct revenue results.
2+ years of Salesforce experience 3+ years working in software or technology\ Ideally have experience promoting B2B software and/or sustainability, environment, health and safety related services Minimum Work Experience: SEO Experience: 5+ years experience in the following: Building SEO campaigns Executing on SEO campaigns Tracking and optimizing SEO campaigns with a short and long-term focus Ongoing professional development to understand changes in SEO, google etc.
to ensure we are staying ahead of changes, and they have as little impact on performance as possible Brainstorming new ideas for SEO strategies to drive traffic, optimize pages and increase conversions Backlinking campaigns starting from scratch or growing a newly launched campaign PPC Experience: 5+ years experience in the following: Building PPC campaigns (Google AdWords) Creating and posting the campaigns Monitoring the performance of the campaigns and offering suggestions on optimizations to improve performance Tracking and discussing budget decisions (spending changes +/-, in different ad groups etc.)
Ongoing professional development to understand the changes in PPC, google etc.
