SAP SuccessFactors Analyst Glencore Copper - Global HR IT Solutions Lima, Peru – Santiago, Chile – San Juan, Argentina As a member of Glencore Copper's global HR IT Solutions team, you will report directly to the CPS Support Lead and play a crucial role in supporting, customizing, and optimizing SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR operations.
As part of a global team, you will engage with regional HR leaders, line managers, HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication, seamless integration, and alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives across all regions.
The role involves managing system projects, supporting HR IT initiatives, driving change processes, and delivering user training and continuous system improvements.
Occasional travel to regional offices and operational sites will be required for successful engagement and familiarization.
