SAP SuccessFactors Analyst Glencore Copper - Global HR IT Solutions Lima, Peru – Santiago, Chile – San Juan, Argentina As a member of Glencore Copper's global HR IT Solutions team, you will report directly to the CPS Support Lead and play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR operations. As part of a global team, you will engage with regional HR leaders, line managers, HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication, seamless integration, and alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives across all regions. The role involves managing system projects, supporting HR IT initiatives, driving change processes, and delivering user training and continuous system improvements. Occasional travel to regional offices and operational sites will be required for successful engagement and familiarization. Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate SAP HR software solutions that align with organizational needs and goals. Lead the implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems. Customize SAP modules to meet specific organizational requirements, configuring workflows and ensuring seamless system integration. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the software. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose system updates to optimize HR IT operations. Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, address concerns, and align technological solutions with business needs. Manage projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing performance to ensure efficient service delivery. Role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. Proven experience (+5 years) in implementing and/or providing service delivery and support for SAP HR modules, including Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Central, with a strong general understanding of HR processes. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Independent working style with a high level of analytical capabilities, attention to detail, service orientation, and proactivity, as the role involves leading end-to-end processes.
