Key Responsibilities :

- Payment Processing : Accurately handle client payments, ensuring the secure processing and authorization of credit card transactions.
- Scheduling Expertise : Master our booking systems to adeptly schedule clients across various locations, meticulously avoiding overbookings and ensuring seamless operations.
- Consultation Coordination : Arrange consultations for specialized services,
such as weight loss programs, and facilitate smooth connections with our nurse practitioners.
- CRM Management : Maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-ups, leveraging CRM tools to track and manage interactions (training provided).
- Administrative Precision : Execute administrative tasks with high accuracy, maintaining detailed client records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
The Profile
- Proven background in sales with a record of high performance, preferably in health services or a related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging clients and confidently closing sales.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage scheduling across multiple states.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous, though a willingness to learn new software is necessary.
- Charismatic and people-oriented, able to quickly build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
- Someone with natural sales ability who requires minimal training in sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently from any location.
