Excellent communication and inter-personal skillsSolid knowledge about sales and negotiation processesStrong analytical skillsSales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPGPerseverance and attention to detailsWhat you need to know about this position: The Sales Representative will be responsible for C-Stores and some traditional channel customers in the Santiago region, with a focus on opening and developing new business.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve a monthly sales target.Be responsible for the attention and management of key customers.Develop Trade Marketing strategy and ensure compliance with established commercial objectives.Promote the opening of new business and the capture of new customers within the C-store channel and other sales channels.Establish solid and long-term commercial relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Achieve the coverage and sell out objectives established for the area.What extra ingredients you will bring: Education / Certifications: Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related.Job specific requirements: Have a car or motorcycle to manage commercial visits and coverage of the assigned area.Results oriented.Good interpersonal skills and focus on customer service.Proactivity and strategic vision for the development of new business.Business Unit Summary Wacam is Mondelez International's Latin America presence with more than 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
