Sales Regional Manager (HUB and Center region)We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Regional Manager in Chile to manage the team of agents at our stations. As a Regional Manager for the HUB and Center region, you will get the opportunity to build and develop your own team around you, with the common purpose of boosting our ticket sales at each station and contributing to a great FlixBus experience for all our passengers.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green You contribute to the offline sales channel development by leading our sales agents' team to boost ticket sales and create memorable experiences for our customers travelling among Chile.You own the performance and sales growth of each station assigned to you, so as a proper after sales process, by constantly training the agents team and ensuring Flix tools accessibility and correct usage.You are responsible for achieving the Sales KPIs and optimizing proactively performance channel onsite.You are the first point of contact, support and escalation for our team of agents in the station. Thus, you take decisions with agility and empower the agents' teams to own their daily basis tasks, following our sales procedures and after sales standards.You take ownership of the scheduling, keeping sales business continuity and efficiency as main drivers and lead the training and development for all agents at each station assigned to you and ensure that the onboarding process, especially for new joiners, gets done properly.You provide feedback proactively to our sales agents' team, contributing to the shops channel by identifying opportunities to capitalize and improve our sales process and operational standards on site/at each station.You have a key role in building a strong relationship with the station authorities and you are responsible for raising opportunities for onsite sales performance, as well as handling and asking for support if needed with other internal stakeholders for any station related matter.You are responsible for establishing strong collaborative relationships between all agents (shops and station agents), promoting assertive communication with other drivers, and Traffic Control, and nurturing the relationship with different colleagues from different departments.Your Profile – Ready to hop on board You are an experienced manager of offline sales, with proven working experience leading teams (for at least 5 years).You are an enthusiastic team player and sales result-oriented driven individual, who wants to create an environment of growth and support and enjoys problem solving.You have experience in working in fast-paced frontline customer environments and with customer-facing teams (ideally).You are able to stay cool in difficult situations and focused on finding the best outcome for those involved.You are a strong communicator at all levels and team builder, able to influence strong performance of team members.This position entails flexible working hours during weekdays and includes working hours during weekends, considering the nature of our business.Ideally, an intermediate level of English is required.You will report to the Sr. Offline Sales Manager; and you will have a flexible workplace, mostly allocated to be on field and visiting the stations (at least 50% of your time).Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
