Key responsibilities: • Provide administrative support for Heads of Sales, SOM, and Sales FBP activities for the area.
• Assist in the Rebate process from filling to final payout for WCSA.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales Ops/Sales, Finance Collections Team, and Credit Team LnS / Ocean to enable solutions and promote commercial relations with clients.
• Create and share relevant reports on Rebate and provide visibility of the collections process to the Sales Team.
•Support entire sales organization in all matters related up mentioned functions as well as
serving as Support to Sales Op Manager according to required needs of the area.
We are looking for: • Proven experience in Administrative / Finance / Sales Support roles.
• Fluent English level or above.
• An intermediate MS Excel level, and Salesforce (desirable).
• Analytical, with solid communication and customer service skills.
