Job Title: Sales Manager LATAMDepartment: Business DevelopmentReports to: Director Business Development GENERAL PURPOSE OF THIS JOBManage and oversee the LATAM sales & marketing operations within Terra Nova Technologies (TNT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cementation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHEALTH AND SAFETY Work in compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations for TNT and Be aware of any health and safety infractions and report to Health and Safety.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand the mining industry trends and competitive landscape with TNT regional offices and associated markets.Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers within the mining industry to grow TNT's business over LATAM.Lead the sales team to achieve regional sales targets set by TNT.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSThis position requires travel abroad frequently.You will be required to meet any travel requirements.SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement LATAM sales & marketing strategies and budgets in alignment with the TNT business strategy objectives for revenue and profit.Draft monthly sales and marketing reports and present sales and forecasts to the executive team.Incorporate feedback from the executive team to adjust and improvements to sales target strategies.Work closely with BD Proposals team to ensure competitive proposals and solutions for value-added propositions.Effectively communicate value propositions and proposals to key account executivesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree - Mining, Minerals Process, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Civil Engineering.5+ Years of experience in Engineering & Technical Roles5+Years - Experience in Sales & Proposals Technical Support5+ Years - People Management & Key Account SalesFluent in English and SpanishSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIESAble to forge and manage successful relationships with C-Suite executives in the mining industry.Ability to expand broad technical knowledge of Mining & Mineral Processing to Materials Handling, and desire to share expertise with others.Work equally well at strategic and tactical levels for target account sales and marketing.Ability to work with extended global teams working across functions and teams to understand requirements for business goals.Strong negotiation skillsAbility to think innovatively and strategically.Ability to review and understand contracts.Ability to influence and inspire across the organization.Supporting the Diverse and Inclusive Workforce At Cementation Americas & TNT, we believe in diversity and inclusion.
