At JOBI, we're seeking a friendly Sales Manager to join our client's team. If you're passionate about sales, marketing, and information technology, this position is perfect for you. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth. You'll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that increase revenue and boost customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics Build strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer retention Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences Ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment Actively prospect and generate leads to identify new potential clients in the technology and digital marketing tools industry. Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain effective communication to present the company's products or services. Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of products and close sales deals. Develop and maintain a client portfolio by establishing strong and lasting relationships. Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns. Monitor the market and competition to identify opportunities and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze and interpret sales data Experience in B2B sales and closing complex deals. Familiarity with CRM software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong prospecting and lead generation skills. English Advanced
