Position Overview:The DG Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading our expansion efforts and driving sales within the countries in the Southern Cone DG market. Each of the 3 Sales Manager will be responsible for a specific market as detailed in the previous summery description. The market will be divided into countries, with the following recruitment plan:Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in the DG market, tailored to the unique characteristics of the Andean Region, and the Mercosur DG market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Responsible to create new relationships in the countries with new distribution plans,creating a continuous demand plan, where JA Solar, has a very low market share.Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships within the Southern Cone market. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in Southern Cone Countries. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Sales Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve defined sales targets and growth objectives set for the Caribbean market. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.Market Expansion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most strategic locations within the Southern Cone countries for our market expansion efforts. Adapt strategies as needed based on market analysis and strategic considerations.Representation at Industry Events: Represent our company at industry-related events, conferences, and trade shows.Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience in Channel management and distribution management, with preference given to those with experience in PV.- Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical, power, business, sales, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in sales and sales management, particularly in the Chilean, Argentinean, Peruvian or similar markets.- Strong understanding of the business landscape of the designated countries, culture, and market dynamics.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse and cross-functional team.- Willingness to travel within the designated countries as needed.- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and market analysis.- Fluent in English, which will be used as the working language.#J-18808-Ljbffr
