Prepare and present technical proposals, provide technical requirements guidance and analysis for distribution solutions and products, ensuring successful sample testing and scheme demonstrations. Interpret market information, analyze customer needs, identify customer pain points, and analyze competitive products based on market dimensions. Establish and maintain technical customer relationships. Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer) We're looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, including work with solar panels, inverters, energy storage batteries, and EV chargers, and possess proven experience in creating solar proposals for customers. Preferred candidates will have over 3 years of experience with solar product distributors, EPC companies, and installation companies, particularly with distribution products and solutions. They should have strong technical knowledge of power distribution systems and products, excellent technical and pre-sales skills, and demonstrate strong planning, coordination, communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
