Job Summary: The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling technical or scientific products to prospective customers. They use their technical knowledge to explain product specifications and complex concepts to customers, perform demonstrations of technical products, and analyze customer needs to recommend relevant products. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, setting realistic sales targets, and meeting monthly sales goals. Technical Sales Representatives must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their sales territory effectively.
