Sales Director ( Electricity Metering)

Responsibilities:Responsible for the development of Power distribution / Utility business in Chile. Understand customer pain points, guide customer needs, present the value of solutions, and mobilize business department resources to implement projects deliver.Understand the business models and risk points of businesses and projects, and be able to avoid risk points before contract signing and during contract performance and delivery.According to sales targets, formulate plans and implementation plans and implement them to complete performance targets.Use digital tools to gain timely insight into changes in the market and customers, take precautions, and stabilize and increase market share.Design and build sales team, and team management.Have resources with the utilities and laboratories.Qualifications:Have more than 5 years of sales experience in electricity distribution industry/utility etc;Good at communication, good at problem-solving, have local resources or connections of electricity distribution utility is preferred;Experience in regional strategic planning and talent team training;Understand basic international trade knowledge and international finance knowledge.Actively participate in the formation of a leading multinational company, where you will face challenges such as the expansion of our operations in Chile and the opening of new markets.
