As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data and developing and maintaining Tableau visualizations and dashboards for the Go To Market (GTM) organization to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business decision-making and enhance sales performance. Proficiency in building intuitive and robust dashboards and analyses using Tableau, SQL, or Python is expected.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation. Ideally, you have experience working in fast-paced, rapidly growing organizations, and possess an understanding of sales metrics, processes, and tools. A curious mindset towards the latest AI advancements, coupled with experience using AI/ML technologies, is desired.
Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems and marketing automation platformsDevelop and maintain data models to support sales analysisDevelop and maintain Tableau visualizations and dashboards to visualize sales data and performanceWork with business users to gather requirements and design visualizationsWork with sales teams to identify and address data-related challengesTrain business users on how to use TableauCollaborate with data engineers to ensure that data is available in a format that is compatible with TableauComfortably handle large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while drawing meaningful conclusions for the organizationStay up-to-date on the latest Tableau features and best practicesBachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, statistics, or related field3+ years of experience with TableauStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques using as SQL or PythonExposure to big data platforms - Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, Matillion, HadoopStrong understanding of data visualization principlesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications Direct experience within a SaaS organizationKnowledge of the latest AI and data synthesis techniques for generating insightsExposure to AI, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, NLPKnowledge of Salesforce tools for data cleansing and data quality managementHybrid system Apply anyway!
