Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts across the MENA region. This role involves engaging with pharmaceutical companies, insurance providers, and hospitals to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach, balancing fieldwork with strategic initiatives to support Albert Health's expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, including pharmaceutical companies, insurance providers, and hospitals. Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Market Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the MENA region, conducting on-ground meetings and business presentations to understand client needs and position Albert Health's solutions.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the back-office team to design and implement growth strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Take ownership of initiatives that will support long-term business development and market expansion.
Product Expertise & Client Education: Act as a product expert to communicate Albert Health's value proposition to potential clients, educating them on the benefits of our platform in chronic disease management.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and report on performance.
Key Requirements
Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in digital health, healthcare, or a related industry.
Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the MENA market, with a preference for candidates who have direct experience in B2B sales within this region.
Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly valued.
Initiative & Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively develop strategies to drive business growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Arabic language proficiency as a strong plus.
Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly understand and articulate the technical aspects of Albert Health's solutions, including its benefits for clients in the healthcare sector.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region as needed to engage with clients, along with the ability to pivot and adapt to a rapidly changing market landscape.
