JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The primary task of the sales agent is to assist the customer during the loan onboarding process for UNO's newest loan product. Responsibilities of the role include: Answering customer queries regarding the loan product Assisting the customer in downloading and using the UNO Mobile application Ensuring that eligibility requirements are checked and met by the customer Ensuring that the customer's identification card is valid, authentic, and acceptable to the bank's requirements Collecting and recording all relevant information of the customer accurately in the UNObank App with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data privacy laws and regulations Upselling / promoting UNO loan products Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Continuously improving through feedback JOB QUALIFICATIONS With pleasing personality Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Cebu, Iloilo and Davao del Sur Good oral and written communication skills At least college graduate of any course At least 1 year experience in onboarding point-of-sales (POS) loans Has previously worked with HomeCredit Must have a smart phone (Android) that can be used to download the UNO agent app for customer onboarding Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php692.30 - Php18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekends Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Commission pay Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
