Join us as our Safety Machinery Expert LATAM based in Latin America!This role will be responsible for providing technical support to the Project Managers for all safety aspects in all Capex Projects and/or to the technical assistance / expertise / training to the factories. The Safety Machinery Expert will have three main missions that include actively participating in the analysis and solving of technical issues, ensuring the Safety Validation Process is implemented in projects and supporting safety standardization providing training if necessary.**What you'll do**:- Actively participate in the analysis of safety issues within the designated plant and set up a prioritization program.- Define solutions to the issues identified with the project manager and the local team.- Ensure that Safety Validation is fully implemented in all main projects and gives support to plants for their own projects.- Support the Project Manager for the integration of EHS in the project and helps ensure that all safety in design reviews is implemented.- Ensures that CE compliance is taken into account, participates in the CE compliance third party selection and coordinates to make sure that the supplier integrate the modifications required.- Supports risk assessment activities by participating in HIRA and Iso format for CE compliance.- Trains the engineering/technical people in the Safety Validation program and technical EHS issues.- Supports and participates in guideline writing.- Supports the implementation of STD 015 (machine safety).**What you'll bring**:- Completed studies in Engineering.- Passion regarding safety issues and a desire to make a difference by having real impact with the technical projects that are to be rolled out.- Relevant experience in similar roles that include integrating customer requirement and managing a third party.- Relevant experience in similar roles that include training engineers/technical people in safety issues.- Expert in safety machinery.- Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.- Fluency in English.**Why join us?**- We are named the world's #1 most trustworthy company in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!- Our culture - we connect & care about those around us.
