You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.**What We're Looking For**:- 5+ years of professional software development experience.- 3+ years of professional experience in Rust development.- Advanced English is required.- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.- Meaningful experience working with Cargo Lambda.- Strong understanding of Rust´s package manager, Cargo.- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Rust.- Keep abreast of the latest Rust developments and emerging trends, ensuring our projects remain on the cutting edge.- Forensic attention to detail.- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
