The Weir Group PLC – Santiago, RM Metropolitana de SantiagoPurpose of Role: As the Regional Reward Partner for the LATAM region, you will play a key role in delivering high quality reward programs and services to the LATAM region, covering all divisions of Weir in the region. The role will work closely with regional HRBPs and business stakeholders, using global policies, processes and principles to deliver solutions, whilst having the skill and knowledge to determine, recommend and implement local solutions where required.The Regional Reward Partner supports the delivery of Weir's Reward Strategy across the LATAM region. The role will generally work within the parameters of established core global reward policies, covering core areas such as salary management, bonus and incentives, equity plans, insured benefits and global mobility. The role will also play a key part in the global development and regional delivery of further reward initiatives such as recognition, pay transparency, retirement provision, ID&E, regulatory requirements and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Global Reward Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a global reward team, fostering close partnerships with other Regional Reward Partners, the broader reward delivery function, and the Reward CoE. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure consistent reward practices and alignment with global policies.Stakeholder Engagement and Business Alignment: Develop close working relationships with regional HRBPs and other key regional business stakeholders, including Finance. Understand how reward can enable and align with business objectives. Ensure that reward strategies support business goals and enhance employee engagement.Market Data Analysis and Benefits Management: Undertake job sizing and market data benchmarking using Weir's established global reward processes. Manage regional broker relationships and the process of insured policy reviews, marketing, and renewals under Weir's Global Benefits Management structure.Recognition and Compliance: Contribute to the development of a global recognition solution and manage its implementation in the Latin America (LATAM) region. Monitor and comply with existing and emergent LATAM regional reward-related regulations and legal requirements (e.g., pay transparency disclosures, gender pay reporting, equal pay reporting).Reward Projects and Insights: Lead Weir's cyclical reward processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus delivery in the LATAM region. Undertake detailed reward-related analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.Technology Enablement and Inter-Divisional Consistency: Play an integral role in enhancing digital capabilities and the employee experience within Weir's reward portfolio. Identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement measures that ensure inter-divisional consistency, equity, and simplification of reward across the LATAM region and globally as appropriate.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Strong understanding and demonstrable experience of reward related principles, practices and regulations across the LATAM region.Multiple language skills applicable to the LATAM region, and strong English written and language skills, would be desirable.Proven experience across the full spectrum of reward management, preferably in a multinational environment.Workday experience and in particular use of Advanced Compensation.Strong financial acumen and business understanding.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Strong capability across the full MS Office suite, with particular strength in Excel.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive reward information.Strong research skills, including ability to conduct market research analysis and studies and articulate / present key findings.Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines.Weir is committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
