Description The South Cone team is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Chile to manage strategic account.
Looking for increase sales and market share in this territory.You will love this position if...You like relationships with people, teamwork, you like technology and you have accountability to work under objectives.What you will do...You will be in charge of strategic accounts and channels to get the best performance from them, opening new channels to increase sales and market share of our solutions.Search for, identify, and pursue new opportunities to promote Axis solutions within a designated territory in order to meet revenue objectivesProactively arrange site visits, conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and speaking seminars for both new and existing customersContinually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users on the benefits on the use of Axis solutionsPerform market research, conduct cold calls, and qualify new partners and end usersIndependently create business plans and hold yourself accountable for following through on their executionActively participate in trade shows, seminars, partner trainings, webinars and other promotional sales activitiesMaintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customersWork cohesively in a team environment with both internal and external partnersRegularly utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, meetings, and register new opportunitiesUse Salesforce to track and document your sales cycle as well as provide sales forecastingParticipate in periodic sales meetings to inform advances with the rest of the team, sharing and leveraging knowledge about the marketWho are we looking for...We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, strategic thinking, objective focused and competitive person.Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentation to meet customer needsResponsible independent driveAbility to effectively motivate in time sensitive environmentCharismatic dispositionCompetitive and efficientWe believe you will need...5+ years' in sales driven positionStrong technical backgroundFluency in Microsoft Office applicationsPhysicaldemands:Frequently required to lift 9-22 kgs, occasionally more.Expected travel time for this position is between 30%-50%.Type of EmploymentPermanent EmploymentPosting End Date2025-03-18Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
