Your Mission: As Regional Process Specialist, your key mission is to support the Regional Supply Chain Organization with process expertise. This includes deep diving into processes to achieve continuous improvements and to e.g. being a process expert to facilitate rolling out M3 and GPS (or other). Once these systems have been rolled out, your task is to ensure the process adherence and development in the regional organization. As a Regional Process Specialist, you will act as the link between the Global Process Specialists and the Regional users. This means providing concrete feedback on processes and provide improvement suggestions to the global team. Perhaps most importantly, it means providing training and support to the regional user teams. Additionally, this position should also facilitate training and support to the regional user teams.In this role the focus will be on improving processes, not addressing specific examples or cases. Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvements and focus on efficiency gains in the regions Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using data analysis and process management tools. Validate business benefit of the change/ improvement Work with BKUs (Business key users) to align requirements between the sites. Collaborate with local teams to ensure the adoption of new tools and processes, effectively managing the transition and minimizing resistance to change. Work with the global team to support development, testing, and deployment as well as cutover, integrations, and extensibility. Train local teams in new methodologies and processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the region Drive a continuous improvement mindset and culture across supply chain operations via on-the-job application of problem-solving tools and techniques Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management are highly valued. Documented expertise with ERP or planning systems. (Preferably Infor M3, IBM BPCS, SAP, Scala or any other relevant system) Play active role in implementation of best practices and continuous improvements Operational Supply Chain Management experience Proficiency in project management tools, such as reporting tools like Power BI. Experience in Warehouse management systems and transport management is a plus Knowledge Senior level knowledge of supply chain Planning systems or ERPs Programming skills is a plus (like SQL) It all starts with people.
