Job Description The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenge of managing team members, maximizing potential in others, developing tactics to achieve goals which they have a direct hand in formulating which also advances the company's primary agenda. Requirements • Recruit and retain escrow and sales management professionals.
• Bridge any gaps between escrow operations and sales operations for cohesive team functionality.
• Serve as primary liaison between shared services departments and escrow staff
• Analyze and track office/team goals to ensure proactive adjustments in order to maximize
efficiency amongst teams.
• Flexibility to travel throughout regional area of responsibility weekly.
• Ability to work from onsite office locations effectively.
• Report directly to COO.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team setting and also lead multiple
teams.
• Ability to lead, manage and hold all direct reports accountable to Patten Core Values and
communicate clear expectations of how values are interpreted in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications:
• 5+ year of operational/management and leadership experience (title or general real estate
industry experience, preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred) .
• Background or experience in sales or account management (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in title operational software (Qualia preferred) as well as CRM experience (ZOHO
preferred).
