JOB DESCRIPTION Receptionist Are you a proactive, organized person, capable of working in a multidisciplinary environment?
We are looking for you!
At Cuatrecasas we are seeking an afternoon receptionist for our Barcelona office.

DUTIES We are seeking to hire a person with initiative, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, organizational and IT skills.
The functions include:

Client reception and visitor management Care of the reception area Order and replacement of material for meeting rooms Answering internal and external calls Dealing with requests for information from in-house clients Reservation of meeting rooms MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Advanced English Good communication skills At least one year's experience as a receptionist Proficient in Microsoft Office Specific training will be valued COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Excellent organizational and planning skills Foresight and proactivity Strong interpersonal and communication skills COMPANY DESCRIPTION Cuatrecasas is an international law firm, prominently established in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
