Retail Rocket LATAM is seeking an experienced PR & Event Lead , with a focus on the enterprise market.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations and event strategies that enhance our brand visibility, establish thought leadership, and drive business growth. You will lead the planning and execution of high-impact events, manage media relations, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of enterprise market dynamics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement integrated PR and events strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the company's reputation in the enterprise market.
- Craft compelling narratives and key messages that resonate with target audiences and stakeholders.
- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry journalists, analysts, and influencers.
- Secure high-quality media coverage through press releases, pitches, and media events.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company when necessary and train company representatives for media interactions.
- Event Planning and Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
- Oversee event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to on-site coordination.
- Ensure events are innovative, engaging, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and manage the creation of PR materials including press releases, blog posts, articles, speeches, and presentations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure PR and event strategies support business goals.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies and consultants as needed.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze PR and event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and event management.
- Suggest and implement innovative approaches to enhance PR and event impact.

Your Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 6 years in Digital PR (agency experience is a plus).

- Proven success in developing and executing Digital PR campaigns.
- Proactive and reactive media relations in fast-moving news environments.
- Experience in martech (B2B is a plus).
- B2B experience in technology or enterprise software industries.
- Successful track record in media relations and high-profile event execution.
- Proven track record of winning industry awards and contests building media long-term media and networking partnerships

Skills and Competencies

- Established network of media contacts (editors, reporters, opinion leaders, etc.), including Tier 1 media.
- High-level expertise in creating materials and responding to industry trends.
- Ability to support PR beyond press releases with comprehensive media campaigns and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and media relationships.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in analyzing Digital PR performance metrics.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent writing, content development, and creative idea generation skills.
- Collaborative experience with internal teams to produce data-driven content.
- Ability to create influencer campaigns, news agendas, and social responsibility initiatives.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience with media tools is a plus.
- Ability to build Digital and Data Storytelling.
