We handle a range of properties and need someone with excellent software skills and a solid understanding of property management to keep our operations running smoothly.
The Role
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the processing of invoices for multiple properties, ensuring each is correctly entered into our Rent Manager system.
- Meticulously review and allocate expenses to the correct general ledger accounts based on vendor services.
- Reconcile bank statements for each property monthly, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Work closely with site teams, back office staff,
and other departments to confirm details and gather necessary data.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve any issues efficiently.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
- Experience with property management software like Rent Manager, CRM systems, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software tools.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable, especially in a property management setting, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for spotting discrepancies and unusual transactions.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interaction and effective problem resolution.
- Knowledge of property management financial practices and expense allocation is beneficial
