The Role
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage invoices for various property sites, ensuring seamless integration with our Rent Manager software.
- Allocate expenses precisely to the correct general ledger accounts based on detailed vendor services.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple sites, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with site personnel, the back office,
and other team members to verify and gather essential information.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries and issues promptly.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience with property management tools like Rent Manager, CRM systems, or QuickBooks.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology.
- Solid background in bookkeeping or accounts payable, particularly within property management is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies or unusual transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Understanding of property management financial processes and expense allocation is advantageous.
