Job DescriptionThis position is for our Process Industries division in Santiago, Chile.
The role will be responsible of project management tasks, creation of project documentation, data analysis and workflow development on assigned projects.
The Project Manager must be familiar with every aspect of the project, including the short and long-term goals and the entire project calendar to deliver timely results.
These projects will vary in both scale and scope, interface with all areas of business and will be subject to oversight by more senior project management staff.Responsibilities:Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and summary reports that will be presented to the organization's management team.Support the creation of project schedules consisting of milestones, due dates and estimates for required materials, as well as other resources such as team members, for delivery to management for approval.Schedule project meetings, draft agendas and meeting minutes with action items and ensure they are distributed in a timely manner.Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives and continually explore new avenues for improving operational processes, workflows, and KPIs to ensure overall quality of service/output.Work with project teams to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems.
Solutions can consist of process improvement, organizational change, strategic planning, policy development, and information system solutions.Proactively communicate with the client during project execution.Oversee the administration of technical and economic resources for the projects under their responsibility.Assume responsibility for the cost and quality of the deliverables for the projects under their jurisdiction.Maintain an up-to-date record of the economic status for all projects under their responsibility.Prepare and present payment statements to clients, and follow up until the billing stage is completed.QualificationsEntry level Project Management.
