We have an Outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager in a new location with a well-established leading Commercial Foodservice Supply and Restaurant Design Company.
The Project Manager's ultimate purpose in this position is to coordinate with designers, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors to be an integral part of a successful project.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Jobsite Coordination which includes:Ability to verify job site conditions and readiness of food service.Ability to verify field measurements as needed.Coordinating multiple subcontractors for the installation of food servicePrimary contact for General Contractors from procurement stage to completionParticipate in weekly bid scheduling and project management meetings.Management of development schedule - confirming account set up, orders entered, and project.Scheduling install/delivery dates with the staging company and internalManagement of shared drive- running the open order report for the projectCreates and maintains strong working relationships with customers and co-workers.Ensuring plan checks and quoting is in alignment with project requirements.Order reconciliation to close out the job accurately and promptly.profitably managing your business ensuring minimum goals are met orUnderstanding our core principles and adhering to them in every decision that is made.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.Previous customer service, sales, project management, or restaurant experience preferred.Computer literacy includes strong Excel knowledge and typing acumen.Proficient in job-relevant specialized software: Autoquotes & General Contractor Software (Procure).Experience in administration and high-volume office work.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus without losing sight of projects and goals.Works well independently and in a team environment.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Minimum of OSHA 10 Certified but preferred OSHA 30
