Come and be a part of this success!**About the Role**:The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and direction for the execution phase of a project to deliver the approved business objectives, within the constraints of scope, time, quality and budget, to ensure Project transition to Operations.Main Functions and Accountabilities:- Manage the execution of the project to ensure safe delivery, and to the approved quality, schedule, cost and business case targets.- Drives implementation of project delivery strategies, methodologies, systems and execution plans, including risk and quality management plans generating actions to mitigate impacts.- Drive decision-making to ensure constant advancement of the project, minimised delays and setbacks, and guarantees deviations from the execution plan are adequately managed.- Ensure resource availability to progress the project to plan.- Manage external project relationships proactively and participates on awarding processes for execution and/or purchasing packages, leading technical evaluation of bidders. Represents the project to the Business, Operations and other stakeholders and acts as the Company representative for contracts.- Guarantee closeness to Non-Delivery project areas and Operations ensuring their needs, timings, priorities and availability are considered in addition to convenience for tie-ins, testing, start up, ramp up, and any other operations related matters, minimizing impacts to Operational Program.- Manage interaction with Development by providing input to the Selection & Definition Phase Studies to ensure a smooth transition to Delivery and Operations.- Drive integration and coordination of other functional inputs required for the delivery of the project, collaborating and establishing an effective cross functional team.- Be accountable for final reporting and lead project close-out management.**About You**:- Engineer degree, any discipline, entitled.- Minimum 12 years' experience in mining projects and at least 5 years leading teams.- Knowledge and experience with execution projects.- Experience in work with multidisciplinary engineering teams.- English and Spanish written and spoken.**Supporting a Diverse Workforce**:
