Provide technical support to customers to ensure the proper functioning of Modular Mining products. Execute administrative tasks oriented to internal and external clients. Team Information and Challenges Report directly to Client Support Supervisor or Deployment Supervisor. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop a customer-oriented work philosophy. Know and understand the technical processes of the business. Develop basic project management skills. Acquire basic technical knowledge of installation and support of all products. Develop and implement installation projects and/or product updates. Develop and implement improvements in the Modular Mining products according to the client's needs (reports, modules, among others). Provide product training to customers and system users. Required Skills Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or Mining Engineer. Oral and written communication skills for handling with the client and elaboration of technical documents. Analysis and problem-solving skills. Basic handling of operating systems and computer networks. Basic knowledge of databases and Query database objects - SQL Server. Programming languages (SQL, C, Bash, Python). Intermediate knowledge of the English language. Escalate bugs detected to third and fourth support level. Availability to travel.
