The Job

Responsibilities :

- Project Planning : Guide the project planning process, assist with permit acquisition, and ensure all regulations are met.
- Liaison Role : Act as the go-to person between architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure plans are accurately executed.
- MEP Coordination : Oversee and verify that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans align with architectural drawings.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all subdrawings and construction activities align with approved plans and specifications.
- Communication Management :
Resolve discrepancies between designs and on-site execution, and manage communications effectively.
- Timeline Maintenance : Keep track of project timelines and ensure structural elements and materials meet standards.

The Profile

Qualifications :

- Experience : Proven track record in construction project coordination with a strong grasp of architectural and engineering processes.
- MEP Systems : Experience in coordinating MEP systems and interpreting complex construction plans.
- Software Skills : Familiarity with construction management software like CAT and Rabbet.
- Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiating and resolving issues.
- Independence : Ability to manage multiple aspects of projects efficiently and work independently.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of current construction regulations and standards.
