Program Officer (Fieldwork) - Santiago Branch

PROGRAM OFFICER (FIELDWORK) JOB SUMMARY: The Program Officer is responsible for the implementation of KMBI's microfinance program in his/her area of assignment.
S/He is responsible for organizing & forming centers and developing center leaders.
S/He is responsible for processing, monitoring, recording, and evaluating the loans of KMBI's clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of 2 or 4-year Course, or College level with at least 84 units earned.
Graduates of Vocational Courses, or K-12 are also welcome.
People-oriented and rule-oriented.
Knowledgeable in facilitating group meetings.
Equivalent work experience in the same capacity or in Credit and Collection Management is an advantage, but not required.
Willing to do Fieldwork.
