We are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team and assist in maintaining and driving engagement of our successful SaaS.
The app is built with a Ruby on Rails backend and a React front end and hosted on Heroku.

Position Responsibilities Product QA testing Assist with writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) Low-code and no-code workflow development using tools like n8n and Zapier Report development with SQL Assist with help article development and refinement with a focus on optimizing our Customer Support AI chatbot responses Assist in training and product marketing content development tasks like webinars, email updates, social media posting, editing videos Qualifications You align with our core values: Service the customer above all else Do the right thing - even when it hurts Hungry for achievement Coachable team player Innovative problem solver Role-based qualifications: Strong written and verbal skills in English Great at learning new technology A good writer Workflow automation experience with no-code or low-code tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier Experience with leveraging AI tools for automation of any kind Someone humble, hungry, and sharp A resourceful problem-solver who can achieve substantial results without a lot of direction High attention to detail and diligent Preferred Qualifications: B2B SaaS experience AI agent workflow development experience with low-code tools Software business analysis including requirements writing and QA Ability to write SQL Basic knowledge of software development tasks including: Git Writing HTML/CSS How APIs work and how to connect to them with low-code tools Training in software development (e.g.
at a code camp or online) Marketing content development Sales outbound automation using a tool like clay.com Video editing Familiarity with the real estate industry What We Offer $1500-2100/month USD commensurate with work experience This is a full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) remote role as an international contractor.
You will be paid hourly in USD based on the hours you log, and the money will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.
The work hours for the position are 8 am - 5 pm in either the US central or mountain timezone with a 1-hour break.
This is a remote position; you can work from anywhere in LATAM.
You will need a good home office setup, reliable internet and phone service, and a current computer to run our primarily web-based applications.
