The Work You'll Do: The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the product management team by optimizing processes, improving product data management, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, and sales. You will help streamline communication and workflows to increase the overall efficiency of product development and launch efforts.
A specialist ensures that the company is in the best position to identify and deliver insights to inform business decisions across our portfolio. You facilitate the efficient use of internal applications across multiple product lines and monitor trends to ensure use aligns with strategic goals. Your work will impact our stakeholders by identifying and analyzing KPIs, metrics, and presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
This role is responsible for coordinating internal resources, recommending solutions to problems, and ensuring program objectives are met, and aligning departmental goals with company objectives and strategic anchors.
More specifically you will: Maintain product initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesDevelop product assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceUse quantitative data to influence qualitative results within the product structureServe as the primary point of contact for data & metrics internally, facilitating communication with various departments to provide full picture of dataPrepare and present analytics via reports and dashboards. This includes providing data for existing rhythms like monthly product & operations reviews, QBRs, Roadmap Reviews and Board meetings.Support various processes and programs within the product department that are adjacent to the focus areas aboveWhat We Ask From You: 2-4 years of experience in product, strategy, or program management.Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).Fluency in English is required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.What Does Sovos Offer You?
