Scope: The Product Manager will be responsible for the optimal management of the product supply chain, supported by forecast tools, will support the sales, marketing and BI groups in all areas specific to product planning, management and strategy for TV, Gaming, Mobile Products, (digital and physical).
In addition, will generate price and product portfolio strategies based on market insights, perform category profitability analysis.
Responsibilities: * Create product strategy by category for gaming, TV, Mobility by territory/channel, digital and physical, the efforts and the initiative will start in Chile with the intend of championing the program through all LatAm.
* Develop initial forecast per product and make consensus with Sales and Planning teams * Create yearly roadmap, updating quarterly sharing with all the team * Define & review product life cycles based on sales and inventory performance.
Control efficiently inventory, managing defined weeks of supply * Define initial forecast for new products based on historical sales information or similar product previous performance * Work with HQ vendor services for new product introduction follow up * Product Post -mortem follow up * Work with Marketing to provide Product & Sales kits by brand (expected volumes, prices, sales & marketing sheets) * Get from Product Analysts and Data Analyst, product PSIs, daily reports, to analyze product performance * Generate analysis and recommendations based on Market Intelligence Information * Develop promotion programs.
Administrator of promotional funds * In charge of product price strategy * Supervisor of Product Analysts Team Requirements: * Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Administration required.
Master in Marketing or MBA a plus.
* 3+ years of previous experience as Product Manager (leading people), commercial strategies, commercial plans, contact with brands * Experience in entertainment, mobility or consumer electronics industry preferred.
* A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with a variety of stakeholders.
* The individual must be organized, creative, resourceful, strategic, and results oriented.
* Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player and must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; mainly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* The candidate needs to be based in Santiago, Chile.
* Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must.
