Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.Come and be a part of this success!- About the Role- The role aims to provide support to the senior leaders of the Company in the implementation of human resources processes, according to the company's strategy and standards, in order to improve human resources processes and be recognized as strategic partners.- Establish a commitment to work with integrity, in accordance with BHP's Values Charter.- Act in accordance with occupational health, safety, environmental and community responsibility practices.- Develop cultural change and productivity projects to achieve maximum value.- Advise on decision-making in personnel matters, enhancing individual and high-performance team development.- Monitor the development of various HR, IR, or productivity processes and projects, meeting objectives efficiently and effectively.- Support the preparation and execution of human resources processes, talent management, development and performance, workforce planning, among others.- Expert support on any related topic in their area of competence and be the point of contact between the human resources area and other areas.- Provide support in problem solving and decision making in HR matters.- Identify improvement opportunities.- Maintain open and clear communication based on trust.- About You- To have a high performance in the role, the following is required:- A degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business, Psychology, or a related field.- Experience in operations and a high qualification in Human Resources management.- Proficiency in computer tools at a user level.- Desirable fluency in English, both oral and written.- Desirable experience in the Mining Industry in HR-IR.- Availability to work in the Antofagasta region.**Supporting a Diverse Workforce**The size, stability and magnitude of our business not only provides significant opportunity for professional development, but also attractive salary packages with performance-based bonuses and a best-in-class employee share program.
