Job Description Summary Provide end-to-end support for the community of end users via problem resolution and maintaining support material.

Monitor operations and adherence to data quality standards and TT standards.

Participate in the community of practice forums.

Capture and report feedback from end users.

Document opportunities for new features to include in the roadmap.

Train end users on EPM standards/features.

Major Accountabilities Support end users in daily management. Ensure operational stability of the function. Execute key operational processes for the function in the portfolio management area. Support and train users. Key Performance Indicators Provide end-to-end support for the community of end users through problem resolution and maintaining support material.
