We are looking for a PMO Lead to join our Managementteam. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players,with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multipletasks and with marked attention to details. What You'llDo:
- The PMO Lead supervises the implementation of processesand ensures that the content related to the information reaches thesponsors and vice versa.
- He is deeply involved in improving theconsistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity. As PMOManager, you must lead the practices with a focus on customersatisfaction and their expectations. In addition, you must ensure thatthe operations are managed, supervising the interface of the projectsin collaboration with the Project Managers, equipment, technologiesand interfaces.
Here's what we are looking for:
-Extensive knowledge in program management, projects, portfolios andmethodology for systems development.
- Ability to lead ageographically distributed team.
- Develop and deploy initiativesby influence.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree.
- Develop and carryout presentations, trainings and demonstrations.
- 10-15 years ofexperience in IT and companies.
- 3-5 years of experience as aProject Manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in leadership.
-Advanced English level.
